Originate and manage HELOCs, portfolio loans, and fixed-rate purchase/refinance loans. Design, implement, and optimize endpoint solutions (Intune, M365, Azure, VDI), automate remediation, monitor performance and security, lead migrations and lifecycle management, provide Tier 3 support, document procedures, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Perform independent commercial credit analysis and underwriting, including cash flow, collateral, industry, and tax return analysis. Prepare loan structures, covenants, and credit write-ups; support portfolio management, loan reviews, regulatory exams, and loan closings. Interact with customers, lenders, legal counsel, and approvers; train junior analysts and maintain data integrity and compliance with bank policies.

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across modules. Collaborate in Agile teams, perform code reviews and testing (including ATF), support CI/CD and platform upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, and mentor junior developers while following security and compliance standards.
