Partner with divisional leaders across a multi-state territory to drive HR strategy and programs including engagement, retention, performance management, training, compliance, organizational development, and succession planning. Provide coaching, data/metrics, design and facilitate team development, conduct exit interviews, and support HR initiatives while traveling 25-50% and working from a home office.

Unload and load trailers, move and palletize merchandise, operate forklifts and conveyors, scan and enter inventory data, verify shipments for accuracy and damage, replenish pick areas, and perform general housekeeping in a distribution center.

Provide regional HR operational support including succession planning, staffing and retention, compliance, compensation and benefits, team relations, development and training, investigations, and people-metric analysis. Partner with regional and store leadership to implement HR programs, stabilize store operations, and ensure federal/state employment law compliance.

Support day-to-day workforce management and time & attendance for stores and support teams. Own reporting, labor standards, schedule templates, compliance, payroll reconciliations, system maintenance, analysis, process documentation, training, IT/business partnering, issue resolution, and implementation of WFM system enhancements.

Own end-to-end Workday people reporting and analytics for HR and Talent Acquisition. Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields; partner with business leaders to define KPIs, deliver insights, ensure data governance, and support workforce planning and ad-hoc analytics. Extend insights to downstream visualization tools as needed.

Provide financial oversight and analysis of store operations expenses (excluding payroll/supplies). Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, support annual budgeting, identify cost drivers and savings, liaise between Field Operations and SSC for P&L research and invoice reconciliation, and support strategic initiatives.

Support compensation programs for retail stores and distribution centers: ensure wage-law compliance, maintain pay ranges in Workday, administer and analyze incentive plans, conduct job analysis and evaluations, validate offers, produce compensation reporting and insights, and support corporate compensation initiatives.

Provide legal support for Family Dollar real estate and construction: negotiate retail leases and contracts, support new store leasing and construction, assist with acquisitions/dispositions, and handle real estate disputes and litigation for a nationwide store portfolio.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planning processes; prepare variance analysis, scenario models, and reports; provide strategic financial insights to executives; monitor performance and risks; and lead and develop an FP&A team to drive profitability and operational improvements.

Lead Dollar Trees customer insights and analytics function to inform merchandising and marketing strategy. Own supplier relationships, customer research, marketing mix modeling, sales attribution, and dashboarding. Manage a team of direct reports, deliver enterprise insights, budget and vendor oversight, and drive data-driven storytelling to influence senior leaders and accelerate growth.
