Manage and operate network security tools (Juniper firewalls, McAfee ePO, WSUS), administer Windows/Linux systems, analyze security events from firewalls/IDS/HIPS/AD/syslog, test and validate intrusion detection rules, investigate intrusion events, and support ICS/SCADA and process control network security.

Protect systems and data by enforcing IT security policies, monitoring for intrusions, investigating incidents, overseeing patch management, collaborating with IT and business groups, and supporting audits and compliance activities across networks, databases, applications, and web services.

The Technical Writer will produce technical articles and manuals, coordinate graphics, and work under general supervision, requiring creativity and technical writing experience.
