The Senior Payments Controls Officer oversees day-to-day payments operations, ensures compliance, identifies risks, implements controls, and drives process improvements.

Provide onboarding and ongoing customer service training, update training materials and SOPs, run refresher sessions, monitor QA across calls/emails/chats, maintain QA scorecards, deliver feedback, analyze trends, and recommend process and training improvements aligned with KPIs.

Provide independent Second Line oversight of the bank's risk framework, monitoring credit and other key risks, performing reviews, validating models and IFRS9 assumptions, supporting ICAAP/ILAAP, preparing risk reporting, and managing regulatory engagements and remediation activities.

Assist the Compliance Manager with compliance obligations, maintain controls to mitigate risks, and enhance compliance framework and awareness.

The Sales Officer will engage in sales, customer onboarding, and document verification for a loan portfolio. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, collaborating with the sales team, ensuring accurate information delivery to customers, and providing excellent customer experiences, while adhering to bank policies.

Develop and maintain credit portfolio models (PD, application and behavioural scores) for credit cards. Support model deployment, monitoring, MI and analytic tasks. Collaborate with modellers, deployment and strategy teams to assess model performance and produce actionable commentary. Build skills in statistical modelling and programming within a regulated financial environment.
