Coordinate dispatch and track-and-trace activities for brokerage operations: communicate with drivers, monitor shipments using Macro Point/4Kites/Trucker Tools, respond to customer status requests, track compliance metrics, monitor detention, and support brokers and carrier development.

Provide day-to-day employment and litigation legal counsel across a nationwide transportation and logistics operation.
