This HR internship position offers a hybrid model with a mix of on-site at the Ruan Center located downtown Des Moines and remote work.
This opportunity is available to start in Spring 2027 and continue through Summer 2027.

The purpose of the internship position is to develop college students that are pursuing a career in supply chain, transportation, accounting, human resources, IT, or applicable division. Interns may be exposed to a variety of projects and activities that occur within the transportation business. Interns will have the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills learned in college and demonstrate abilities in the workplace. The position is temporary, nonexempt, part-time/hourly.
Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Duties may include assisting in the preparation of reports and presentation material 25%
- Provide day-to-day business activities focused on meeting internal and external customer needs 25%
