Investigates failures, identifies root causes, analyzes test data, prepares technical reports, and ensures compliance with automotive standards. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective actions and improve testing efficiency. The role also involves documentation, stakeholder presentations, and brake technology development with Korean OEMs.

Leads the embedded software subproject for ADAS development, overseeing planning, execution, requirements engineering, issue resolution, releases, milestones, validation, and compliance with development processes including Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262. Coordinates software teams and third-party components, tracks scope, timing, and quality, reports project status, and represents software activities to internal teams and customers.

Leads sales growth across APAC markets by developing new business, expanding customer relationships, executing regional sales strategies, managing quotations and negotiations, and tracking commercial performance. The role partners with product, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver customer solutions, monitors market and competitor activity, supports events, resolves customer issues, and provides market intelligence. Travel within the APAC region is required as needed.

Develops and integrates top-level analog and mixed-signal ASIC layouts, including floorplans, padframes, bonding diagrams, pin placement, parasitic extraction, and layout optimization. Ensures DRC/LVS compliance and supports tape-out activities while collaborating with circuit designers to meet speed, area, power, DFM, ESD, and EMC requirements.

Provides legal support for U.S. and Canadian technical product compliance, including regulatory matters, product recalls, field actions, investigations, and product integrity issues. Serves as the legal liaison with NHTSA, FCC, Transport Canada, and other authorities; interprets regulatory developments, guides organizational stakeholders, and collaborates globally on compliance, homologation, and product integrity matters.

Designs and develops digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, training manuals, storyboards, and multimedia content. Applies instructional design theories and adult learning principles, integrates interactive technologies, tests and reviews deliverables, and ensures quality and compliance. Coordinates with stakeholders and subject matter experts, tracks work using Agile methodologies, supports authoring tools, shares expertise, and contributes to process improvements, templates, and standards.
