Lead and coordinate complex customer and partner escalations across EMEA, liaising with technical and business stakeholders to drive resolution, run war rooms and executive briefings, perform root cause analysis, recommend improvements, and support major incident and crisis response activities to protect customer trust.

Lead and execute strategic projects across the organization: define problems, run qualitative and quantitative analyses, prepare presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board, facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes to support decision-making and drive growth.

Lead presales technical engagements across India West: design and size enterprise video surveillance solutions, run demos/PoCs, prepare proposals and RFP responses, enable partners, mentor solution engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage documentation and deployments.
