The Underwriting Support role involves processing risk files, conducting due diligence, preparing ratings and documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining records. Hands-on delivery of multi-channel digital marketing across PIB brands: build and optimise email campaigns and automated journeys, develop and QA websites and landing pages, manage paid search and social, implement on-page and technical SEO, use GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting, and apply approved AI tools responsibly to improve digital delivery and lead generation.

Provide back-office new business administration for personal lines (car, home, van): handle customer queries, ensure accurate data entry, maintain CPC compliance, and support cross-sales to Life & Pensions and Health. Deliver high customer service standards and participate in training.

Manage a portfolio of Property Owners/Real Estate clients, provide tailored insurance and risk management advice, handle renewals/adjustments/insurer surveys, meet SLAs, support retention and growth, and ensure FCA-compliant broking delivery.

Provide back-office renewals administration for car, home and van insurance, handle customer queries, ensure high-quality data entry and CPC compliance, and support cross-sell referrals to Life & Pensions and Health. Deliver excellent customer service and participate in training.
