Owns regional business growth for Convene by developing business plans, leading shared sales and marketing activities, tracking performance against goals, reporting to management, managing end-to-end sales cycles, presenting company value, and meeting targets across domestic or international markets.

The role requires strong presentations, C-suite engagement, regional travel, and close client and partner interaction.

Drive software sales in the KSA region by achieving targets, generating qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations and training, managing CRM records, researching market opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams through deal closure. The role focuses on selling Azeus Convene to BFSI organizations, government entities, listed companies, and large enterprises, with regular client interaction and regional travel.

Manage assigned Convene client accounts, build long-term customer relationships, understand client needs, provide product best-practice guidance, identify upselling and referral opportunities, participate in recurring business meetings, and maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and opportunities.

Manage Australian SaaS customer accounts throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, retention, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor customer health and product usage, develop advocacy initiatives, maintain CRM records, communicate customer insights internally, and support account planning. Interstate travel is required occasionally for client meetings, events, and conferences.

Manage client software implementation projects from planning through onboarding and handover. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, issues, timelines, and client expectations, and provide status reporting. Facilitate client training, respond to queries, monitor ESG reporting requirements, support process improvements, contribute to team training, and ensure high-quality delivery against deadlines.

Owns sales growth across New Zealand and Pacific markets, managing existing revenue, renewals, account expansion, and new business. Develops regional sales strategy, builds pipelines, leads enterprise sales negotiations, manages strategic accounts, and engages senior stakeholders across multiple industries. Maintains CRM forecasts and reporting while building partner relationships and representing governance technology solutions at industry events. Regular travel across New Zealand, Fiji, PNG, Micronesia, and occasionally Australia is required.

Achieve sales targets through development strategies, conduct product demos, generate leads, maintain CRM records, and keep market knowledge up-to-date.

Design, implement, and harden server architectures and firewall policies for cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud) and on-prem deployments. Lead system integration, diagnose and resolve server issues, implement corrective/preventive actions, automate repetitive tasks, coordinate with administrators and project teams, and provide on-call support across time zones and variable shifts.
