Process mortgage and real estate loan payments, payoffs, investor transfers and refunds. Key data entry, batch/scan items, resolve exceptions, mail escrow refund checks, perform reconciliations, assist customers and market personnel, and support investor reporting and loan servicing tasks while following policies and compliance.
