Generate leads, present properties, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM records, build client relationships, and meet sales targets while collaborating with marketing and customer service.

Design, implement, and operate secure enterprise network infrastructure for SOC monitoring and response. Manage LAN/WAN/DC/cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, VPNs, and network security controls. Integrate telemetry and logs with SIEM/NDR/EDR, support incident response and ITIL processes, maintain DR/BCP, automate monitoring/configuration, and ensure compliance with regional cybersecurity and data governance frameworks.

Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure agents across Linux and Windows; perform OS-level administration, patching, and hardening; deploy/manage monitoring, backup, endpoint security tools; ensure regulatory cybersecurity compliance; follow ITIL processes for incidents, problems, and changes; monitor system health and conduct DR/BCP activities; automate tasks with PowerShell/Bash; document configurations and perform RCA.
