We are looking for a **Java Backend Developer** with experience in **payment systems** to develop secure and scalable backend services for financial transactions.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
* Build and integrate payment processing systems.
* Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
* Ensure system security and compliance (PCI-DSS).
* Optimize performance and reliability.
* Fix bugs and support production systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 4+ years of Java backend experience.
* Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
* Experience in payments, fintech, or banking systems.
* Knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
* Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.
* Understanding of security standards (OAuth, JWT, encryption)..
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Java EE
- Proficient in building RESTful APIs and understanding microservices architecture
- Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Maven
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
