Lead Level 2/3 support for Systematics ALS on IBM mainframe, ensuring EOD/BOD batch processing, troubleshooting job abends and JCL errors, performing RCA, coordinating incident resolution and deployments, maintaining runbooks, and mentoring junior engineers to meet SLAs and ITIL processes.
