Present HighRadius solutions and competitive differentiation to customer executives, guide deals through the sales cycle, meet quota targets, and identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, consulting, and customer success teams to support customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Lead a team of Functional Support Consultants supporting SaaS products. Responsibilities include coaching and performance management, monitoring support KPIs and SLAs, managing ticket queues, prioritizing issues, handling complex escalations, advocating for customers, resolving conflicts, and collaborating cross-functionally to communicate customer feedback and improve products and service delivery.

Drive customer value from HighRadius’s agentic AI platform by auditing finance workflows, optimizing processes, designing adoption playbooks, and improving measurable outcomes. Lead operational reviews and executive steering preparation, prioritize enhancements using value-versus-complexity analysis, prevent scope creep, and coordinate Product, Engineering, and Consulting teams. Own critical issue task forces, resolution timelines, and post-mortems while serving as a trusted advisor to finance leaders and subject matter experts.
