Quality Analyst

Job Summary:We’re seeking a Quality Analyst (2–3 years exp.) to design and execute test strategies for scalable web applications and APIs. You’ll collaborate with developers and product managers, validate functional and non-functional requirements, and drive automation coverage while ensuring high quality standards.   Responsibilities:Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and database layers.Perform API testing using Postman or automation frameworks (REST Assured).Maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python).Validate backend data using SQL queries.Manage defects through Jira, collaborating with development for resolution.Participate in Agile ceremonies, QA sign-offs, and release readiness reviews.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Perform cross-browser and responsive testing.Contribute to QA process improvements and automation coverage expansion.Requirements:B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.2–3 years of QA experience in manual + automation testing.Experience in Selenium WebDriver, API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).Good SQL skills for data validation.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.Understanding of defect lifecycle and QA metrics.Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
