Senior Product Manager - Credit Management

Summary: Looking for a senior product manager who will join the credit team of  HighRadius. The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for ideating, building and maintaining new/existing products. The product manager will be responsible for own product specific metrics and should have data visualization and analytical mindset to derive leading and lagging indicators and generate insights. Nice to have skills: Ability built Agents based on AI/ML/NLP/LLM. Must have skills: O2C, ERP, Fintech, Account receivable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to articulate and write good functional design document 
  • Own product metrics and user journeys and implement ways to improve
  • Ability to write good release notes and enable cross team on new feature deliveries
  • Keep backlog of N+1 sprint ready
  • Work closely with Engineering/ QA to deliver the sprint items on time.
  • Connect with consulting/sales/clients and prospects to understand requirements, feature request, pain points 

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Should have worked on B2B products, preferably in the finance domain
  • Should have been owner of product or a module of product, preferable in b2b finance domain or have exposure to ERPs
  • Should have managed products/ features around workflow management or business process mapping.
  • Should have a basic knowledge of modes of data exchange across systems, e.g., APIs, file base etc. such that you are able to work seamlessly with engineering and external partner teams.
  • Should have excellent documentation & communication skills in order to document the requirements and wireframes.

Skills Required
