Serve as the technical bridge between Aikido Security and customers in Australia. Manage at-risk accounts, drive product adoption and value realization, onboard and deploy new clients, troubleshoot workflow issues, escalate complex problems, train customer teams, and share product feedback. The role requires AppSec expertise, strong technical debugging ability, proactive communication, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Own and scale Aikido’s production infrastructure across AWS, databases, networking, containers, and observability. Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability; automate repetitive operational work; troubleshoot complex incidents; and implement lasting fixes to prevent recurrence. The role requires hands-on ownership of critical systems and production operations.

Review and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on GDPR and AI Act compliance, manage contract processes, and support IP, M&A, HR, and corporate matters. The role partners with sales, product, management, and the General Counsel while implementing legal technology and AI tools in a growing SaaS company.

Support commercial sales teams on deals involving FedRAMP and federal compliance. Conduct technical discovery, answer compliance questions, explain the company’s security posture, and help account executives position solutions effectively. Serve as the internal FedRAMP resource while applying cloud, DevOps, and security knowledge to troubleshoot technical workflows and support public-sector buying decisions.

Own Aikido’s analyst relations strategy, building relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other cybersecurity analysts. Lead briefings, evaluations, submissions, demos, inbound requests, and positioning in major industry reports. Translate analyst feedback into product, positioning, and go-to-market improvements while communicating complex technical products through clear, differentiated narratives.

Manage complex federal sales opportunities, build pipeline, and own relationships with government buyers and stakeholders. Navigate federal budgeting, procurement, regulatory requirements, and strategic sales cycles while helping shape the company’s public-sector go-to-market motion. The role requires executive engagement, familiarity with government processes and terminology, and preferably security-industry experience. It offers significant autonomy and ownership in a startup environment.

Own and operate AWS GovCloud infrastructure supporting a FedRAMP environment. Maintain Kubernetes platforms, manage deployments and configuration changes, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, and adapt the broader platform to regulated federal requirements. Partner with cloud architecture and leadership to ensure reliability, resilience, compliance, and operational readiness while providing hands-on infrastructure and customer support within the U.S. regulated environment.

Manage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines while coordinating technical delivery across customers, internal teams, and partners. Deliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation; identify blockers and drive resolution. The role requires strong enterprise software and API knowledge, project management ability, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead the technical pre-sales process by partnering with Account Executives, delivering tailored demos, running proofs of concept, and guiding technical evaluations. Troubleshoot prospect questions, explain how the platform integrates across code, cloud, and runtime environments, advise developers and security teams, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering.
