Candescent seeks a Business Operations Consultant to support banks and credit unions by optimizing digital banking solutions, enhancing customer experience, and leveraging data analytics for growth.

Lead cross-functional, enterprise initiatives from ideation to implementation; build financial and operational models; create C-suite presentations; coordinate strategic planning workshops; track KPIs; mentor junior team members and drive organizational change.
