We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team. This high-visibility role supports the strategic design and enablement of initiatives aligned with the organization’s long-term strategy. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and apply your strategic toolkit to drive innovation and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Drive Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
•    Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial and operational models to inform decision-making and business case development.
•    Executive Communication: Develop compelling C-Suite storyboards and presentation materials for leadership and Board alignment.
•    Strategic Planning Support: Coordinate workshops and stakeholder interviews; synthesize input to shape solutions and drive consensus.
•    Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success of transformation initiatives.
•    Team Collaboration: Support junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
•    2+ years in strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy/transformation experience (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to structure complex problems and generate actionable insights.
•    High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred.
•    Exceptional communication and influencing skills across diverse teams.
•    Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
•    Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
•    Collaborative team player with a bias toward action and decision-making.
