Leads the SWARCO ITS finance organization, overseeing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax, controls, audits, risk management, investment evaluation, and compliance. Partners with the CFO and Executive Board to provide strategic financial insights, optimize capital allocation and profitability, improve cash flow, and drive finance process automation, data quality, business intelligence, ESG reporting, and digitalization. Administer Microsoft Entra ID and authentication; manage and support Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Teams Phone; develop security and compliance policies; act as liaison with business units and partners; implement Microsoft 365 projects; automate processes using Azure Automation, Power Platform and Copilot; create group-wide IT dashboards and reporting.

Own and prioritize product backlog, define epics and user stories, run refinement and sprint planning, align stakeholders, plan releases, work with QA on test scenarios, incorporate user feedback, and provide transparent updates to management while co-leading the team.
