Own enterprise demand generation strategy, budget, pipeline targets, account-based marketing, target-account playbooks, buying journeys, and cross-channel demand programs. Partner closely with sales, revenue operations, customer, product, and marketing teams to identify priority industries, engage buying committees, test new channels, and build scalable programs that generate qualified enterprise pipeline and high-value customers.

Build and lead AirOps’s legal function as its first Head of Legal. Responsibilities include establishing legal strategy and workflows, negotiating enterprise SaaS and partnership agreements, advising on privacy, data protection, AI regulation, intellectual property, corporate governance, financings, employment, compliance, risk, and strategic transactions. The role partners extensively with executive and cross-functional teams, implements legal technology and AI-assisted processes, and builds the legal team and infrastructure as the company scales.

Analyze AI Search data to identify meaningful questions, build recurring reporting, investigate changes in visibility and model behavior, refine measurement methods, and translate findings into product, customer, and prospect recommendations. Partner with Product and Data teams, create customer-ready analyses and presentations, communicate findings to varied audiences, and document methods and limitations. The role requires strong SQL skills, analytical judgment, and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for named accounts: prospect, qualify, run discovery, negotiate, and close six-figure deals. Build multi-stakeholder relationships across marketing, IT, legal, and procurement, provide field feedback to product and GTM, and codify repeatable playbooks to scale enterprise sales motions and drive expansion and retention.

Design and launch AI-powered products, collaborating with teams to solve user problems and maintaining system reliability. Special focus on zero-to-one product initiatives.

Own 0-to-1 incubation of new channels and product lines: design and run quantitative experiments, build analytics and funnel tracking, co-build with customers, and convert validated signals into GTM playbooks, pricing models, and investment recommendations to drive multi-million dollar product decisions.

Build and own operating cadences (planning, WBRs, OKRs), design AI-native workflows, run 2-4 week strategic sprints, perform deep analytical work (pricing, cohorts, forecasting), identify and size new opportunities, and manage core operational infrastructure including compliance, vendors, and G&A.

Build repeatable SEO/AEO frameworks and playbooks (keyword research, prompt mapping, content gap analysis). Convert ad-hoc research and execution requests into scalable workflows, maintain templates, deliver fast fulfillment for client-facing teams, and identify patterns to create new processes or tools.

Work directly with enterprise customers to configure and scale AI-search playbooks on the AirOps platform, drive measurable growth outcomes, monitor performance, surface trends and risks, and feed product and delivery improvements back into the organization.

Own end-to-end client relationships for Managed Services pods, driving retention, delivery momentum, reporting narrative, escalation management, and identifying expansion opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams.
