Lead financial PR business development and client pitching for pre-IPO, listed and growth-stage clients; manage projects end-to-end (IPO, roadshows, IR), oversee media relations, content quality, crisis monitoring/response, and coordinate events, analyst briefings and investor communications.

Prepare timely month-end closes, monthly and analysis reports, reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, intercompany), handle bank payments, support management with finance advice, draft financial statements/tax computations, liaise with auditors/tax consultants, drive process improvements, maintain internal controls, and assist with system/process implementations.

Support KYC and CDD processes for individual and corporate clients by reviewing documentation, performing name screening, investigating alerts, assisting periodic reviews, and completing ad hoc compliance tasks to mitigate regulatory and integrity risks.
