Leads Sandoz North America's AI strategy, transformation, adoption, and governance. Develops the AI roadmap, prioritizes and manages an initiative portfolio, identifies high-value use cases, drives organizational AI literacy and change, and partners with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable solutions. Ensures compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, and governance standards while tracking measurable business value and advising senior leadership on AI investments and emerging technologies.

Lead global supplier strategy and management for India-based API suppliers (~$125M spend). Own supplier selection, contracting, launch sourcing, negotiations, risk mitigation, and procurement systems. Direct and develop procurement team members at Kalwe and India sourcing office, track savings and KPIs, align with global stakeholders, and ensure supply security and regulatory reporting within 24 hours.

Provides finance business partnership for Transformation, ESG, and Strategy functions. Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reporting, financial modeling, business-case evaluation, resource allocation, and governance for strategic initiatives. Monitors transformation value delivery, assesses ESG financial impacts, supports strategic planning, and presents recommendations to senior leadership. Drives cross-functional coordination, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Lead SailPoint ISC integrations and governance: onboard applications, configure connectors and APIs, implement lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), enforce least-privilege access, troubleshoot identity/provisioning issues, support testing and documentation, and collaborate with security, compliance and business teams in a regulated environment.

Lead regional Internal Control Compliance (ICC) and MCS programs: set annual priorities and plans, manage budgets and a global team, ensure audit quality and compliance, guide remediation, advise on controls for projects (including M&A), build capabilities, and drive process and productivity improvements.

Manage a Gold Coast territory to drive pharmacy sales growth, acquire and retain customers, develop and execute territory and customer business plans, deliver exceptional service, use CRM for call planning and reporting, monitor performance against targets, and manage territory expenses and compliance.

Serve as the senior technology business partner for Central Cluster Europe, owning demand consolidation, portfolio prioritization, and adoption of global technology. Build stakeholder trust across commercial, manufacturing, development and GCC sites, coordinate delivery with global teams, drive simplification of local systems, and provide visibility on risks, investments and service performance.
