As a Staff Performance Engineer, you will automate performance tests, resolve bottlenecks, improve automation frameworks, and collaborate with teams to enhance system performance across various platforms.

Provide advanced customer-facing technical support for enterprise VDI solutions: diagnose and reproduce complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with engineering/product/QA, document findings, drive product and supportability improvements, and participate in on-call rotations.

Engage global customers and partners, author technical content, and ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability for enterprise deployments.

Manage and grow high-value Financial Services enterprise accounts by building C-level relationships, selling Omnissa's SaaS portfolio (Workspace ONE, Horizon), driving new business and expansions, and ensuring customer success. Own strategic account planning, pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, negotiate complex deals, collaborate with Pre-Sales/Customer Success/PS/Partners, attend industry events, and stay current on EUC trends to position solutions competitively.

Design and implement DevSecOps security across CI/CD and cloud environments (AWS). Integrate security into pipelines, configure WAF/firewalls/NIDS-HIDS, run SCA/SAST/runtime scanning, automate security/compliance (Ansible/Terraform), perform threat modeling, triage vulnerabilities/incidents, and evangelize security best practices across product and engineering teams.

Manage end-to-end campaign builds in Eloqua, ensure data and naming governance across Eloqua and Salesforce, run QA and reporting, optimize email performance, drive intake/SLA processes, enable stakeholders, and implement AI-assisted production to accelerate campaign operations supporting EMEA, APJ, and AMER field teams.

Manage and maintain Eloqua/Salesforce MarTech architecture, integrations, data quality, targeting, lead scoring, and campaign tracking. Design and implement AI-augmented operational workflows, build AI-ready marketing data layers, document system architecture, and collaborate with marketing, revenue ops, and IT to ensure scalable, automated campaign execution.

Manage complex enterprise accounts, build C-level relationships, sell Omnissa’s SaaS portfolio, drive new business and account expansion, forecast and manage pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, attend industry events, and stay current on EUC/VDI/UEM/DaaS trends to position solutions and ensure long-term customer success.

As an Adoption Product Manager, you'll lead product incubation and beta management, partner with product owners, and ensure customer-ready products through comprehensive deployment guidance and agile program leadership.
