10-week internship building an AI-powered prototype to auto-populate report drafts. Run interviews with report authors, translate fuzzy problems into scoped deliverables, manage the team's plan and communications, guide engineering interns, and co-author a final recommendation on feasibility and next steps.

Intern team will build fast prototypes using LLMs and OCR to auto-populate scientific reports. Work includes wiring APIs, handling real document content, user interviews with report authors, pair-programming, and delivering a working prototype plus recommendations.

Serve as Workday HCM SME for Time Tracking and Absence modules: configure and maintain business processes, reports, validations, security and calculated fields; translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions; manage change intake, testing, releases, and data governance; build dashboards, support audits, and identify process improvements to ensure data quality and user experience.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, technical, scientific, high-volume and professional roles. Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and timely hiring.
