Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Own the end-to-end data platform strategy, architecture, budget, reliability, quality, privacy, and delivery of customer-facing data products. Lead Snowflake and Databricks decisions on AWS, establish SLAs, observability, testing, lineage, alerting, and 24/7 on-call operations. Build identity resolution and data-quality programs, manage licensed data feeds, ensure privacy compliance, and hire and develop data engineering leaders and teams. Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver trusted, cost-effective data products.

Manage the end-to-end client experience for 20–30 data research accounts, from project kickoff through delivery and renewal. Coordinate panel, research, data science, and product teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Drive adoption of MFour Studio and DANI, identify upsell opportunities, build client relationships, and present data-driven insights. The hybrid role requires quantitative research, large dataset analysis, questionnaire design, client communication, and SaaS/DaaS customer journey experience.

Design, build, and manage scalable batch and real-time data pipelines, databases, and processing systems. Develop and administer Databricks and Snowflake environments, optimize data architecture and distributed processing, manage PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, and implement governance, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting practices. Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams to deliver reliable data solutions, document workflows, and promote modern data engineering practices.

Support a Senior Sales Executive across outbound prospecting and account management for SaaS market-research products. Execute call, email, and LinkedIn cadences; qualify opportunities; support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell; progressively own smaller accounts; learn AI-driven product value and sales processes; transition to commission-eligible full-cycle selling after 12 months.
