Lead and coordinate a small administrative team, improve and document processes, support office operations for a new Belgrade office, manage vendors, and partner with HR/Finance/IT to streamline onboarding, travel, equipment, and administrative workflows while introducing automation and efficiencies.

Lead execution and optimization of programmatic ad campaigns across DSPs, produce performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights, troubleshoot ad serving issues, and collaborate with senior managers to improve workflows and campaign results.
