Perform advanced QC of final mixed audio, identify and correct technical discrepancies, ensure client-spec compliance, provide technical guidance, join cross-regional technical discussions, and drive workflow and efficiency improvements. Night shift required (8 PM - 5 AM).

The Project Coordinator will manage dubbing and audio production projects, coordinating between teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Manage complex portions of month-end and year-end close, intercompany reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and audit schedules. Prepare financial reports and management review decks, improve close processes and controls, support the Finance Director, provide technical guidance, and lead special projects and ad hoc analyses.

The Recording Engineer records audio for various projects, addresses technical issues, edits files, and ensures quality while meeting client specifications and schedules.

Record and edit dialogue for dubbing, maintain session integrity and audio consistency, troubleshoot recording chain issues, support quality control, collaborate with senior engineers/coordinators, and meet daily production targets during night shifts.

Coordinates project hours, deliverables, timelines, documentation, materials, and stakeholder communication across clients and internal teams. Identifies risks, recommends solutions, supports administrative tasks, manages freelancer resources and performance, and contributes to process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. This is an on-site position.

Record and edit voiceover, dialogue, and songs in-studio and remotely to client specs. Monitor quality, fix technical issues, ensure lip-sync/timing, back up projects, coordinate with directors/schedulers, and meet production deadlines including overtime and weekends.

Prepare and maintain dubbing scripts for accuracy, continuity, timing, and recording readiness. Support recording sessions by tracking revisions, pickups, and script changes. Coordinate with directors, engineers, adapters, and production to resolve discrepancies, ensure terminology and character consistency, and document approved revisions. Track script status and workflow milestones, manage multiple projects and deadlines, follow client and studio security standards, and escalate significant creative or technical issues.

Lead global delivery and QA teams for media localization, ensuring on-time, high-quality subtitling and dubbing deliveries. Establish and improve workflows, monitor KPIs/SLAs, manage resource planning, handle escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, drive automation and continuous improvement, and develop managers and teams to meet client and operational objectives.

Perform audio quality control for dubbing and post-production: evaluate recording, dialogue, sync, mix and loudness; complete QC reports; communicate with production/post teams; maintain workflows and meet deadlines; may perform recording, editing and mixing as needed.
