Project Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to manage dubbing and audio production projects. This role ensures smooth coordination between teams, clients, and partners to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate project kick-offs and asset handovers
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Communicate schedules and requirements clearly
- Identify risks and resolve project issues proactively
- Ensure all materials are complete before production
- Maintain accurate project data and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
