Provide second-line technical support for RLDatix products: diagnose and resolve routine to moderately complex issues, investigate support cases, escalate to L3 and engineering, support P1 on-call incidents, assist root cause analysis, and collaborate with Product for continuous support improvements and release readiness.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with teams, and communicate solutions to customers, enhancing their experience with the OneView platform.
