We're searching for a North Macedonia based Senior Engineer to join our Software Engineering team, reporting to Engineering Director, so that we can design, build, and optimise scalable software solutions that address complex business problems. The Senior Engineer will leverage deep domain expertise to deliver reliable, high-performance code and serve as a go-to expert, elevating engineering standards across the department to drive RLDatix's mission of improving healthcare safety.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ to deliver reliable, high-performance code aligned with business goals
- Systematically analyse and resolve intricate technical challenges using advanced debugging and analytical techniques in order to maintain application reliability
- Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect and address application issues
- Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines in order to streamline the delivery of software releases with minimal manual intervention
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications
- Mentor engineers and influence design decisions in order to guide architectural strategy across squads
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a SaaS product environment
- Proven success in independently diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems through advanced analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ, with advanced knowledge of React (hooks, contexts, performance optimisation, design system integration)
- Strong SQL fundamentals and database optimisation, skilled in CI/CD pipelines, with familiarity in IaC (Terraform) and modern DevOps practices
- In-depth knowledge of observability strategy across metrics, tracing, and logging, and advanced use of modern AI tools such as Copilot and Claude Code
- Fluency in secure coding and privacy-by-design principles, with a fundamental understanding of agile project management techniques
- Ability to work hybrid, 2 days per week from our Skopje office with the remainder from MK territory
- Sincere interest in improving healthcare safety
- A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile squad
