Supports office administration, facilities coordination, vendor liaison, supply ordering, and administrative recordkeeping. Assists HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, document preparation, recruitment scheduling, candidate communication, employer branding, employee engagement, and internal communications. Also supports basic accounting tasks, cash transaction tracking, payment and receipt vouchers, and document filing. This is a six-month full-time internship for a fresh graduate or final-year student in Ho Chi Minh City.

Creates tailored product demonstrations using presentations, videos, dashboards, and Akselos models to address customer needs. Supports sales presentations, maintains demo environments and scripts, and collaborates with product and engineering teams on product capabilities. Also assists UX/UI designers with responsive interfaces, design systems, reusable components, design tokens, accessibility, and interaction implementation. Requires technical understanding of structural or finite element analysis and strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.

Develop and maintain desktop and web applications for structural simulation workflows, implement features and APIs, and write Python automated tests (unit and end-to-end) to support CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with global teams under senior mentorship.

Develop and maintain software tools and automation scripts to support pre- and post-processing of structural simulations using FEA. Configure and run simulations, analyze displacements and stresses, implement computational features and tests, troubleshoot issues, and write Python documentation. Collaborate with developers, engineers, testers, and domain experts across time zones.

Design, build, and test computational components for simulation software; create and modify 3D CAD models; generate component meshes; run finite element calculations; improve Akselos tools through testing and development; analyze structural and thermal problems using FEA techniques.
