Position Summary: 

The Demo Engineer is a key player in communicating the advantages and value that Akselos' technology brings to clients. This role involves the creation of tailored product demonstrations that address specific client challenges and highlight the competitive advantages of our solutions. The position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the sales process by providing clear and persuasive demonstrations, and to collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment between our product capabilities and market needs. Furthermore, the role provides opportunities to develop a diverse range of skills, from technical expertise in modeling and simulation to effective communication and presentation abilities, all of which are crucial to driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Demonstration Development

  • Design, build, and maintain compelling product demonstrations (in the forms of presentations, videos, dashboards, Akselos models, etc.) that effectively illustrate how our solutions address specific customer business needs.
  • Develop and maintain demonstration environments, standardized demo scripts, and all necessary supporting materials to ensure consistent and impactful presentations across the sales organization.
  • Partner closely with product management and engineering teams to remain informed about upcoming features, enhancements, and product roadmaps, ensuring demonstration materials reflect the latest product capabilities.
  • Produce engaging video content and marketing materials to support product demonstrations and broader marketing initiatives.

Sales Demo Support

  • Assist the Sales Team during customer presentations by executing predefined demo scripts and showcasing relevant product functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain demonstration environments, standardized demo scripts, and all necessary supporting materials to ensure consistent and impactful presentations across the sales organization.

UX/UI Design Support

  • Support senior UX/UI designers in translating wireframes and design systems into clean, responsive, and functional user interfaces while ensuring high standards of user experience, usability, and accessibility.
  • Ensure visual fidelity, layout consistency, and seamless animation/interaction implementation across the UI.
  • Maintain and document reusable component libraries and design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design or customer-facing meetings/communications.
  • Have basic knowledge about Structural Analysis and/or Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Creativity & Innovation, Open-mindedness, Strategic Planning, and Excellent Communication Skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Highly responsible and committed to delivering successful results through effective collaboration with cross-functional team members.
  • Familiarity with oil and gas industry.
