Serve as primary liaison for new customers to manage multiple onboarding projects, lead product integrations, provide role-based consulting and training, resolve technical issues, create onboarding documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor progress, and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure successful adoption.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads to fill the sales pipeline. Perform high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, book strategy sessions, nurture prospects to ensure show-up rates, collaborate with Account Executives, execute outreach cadences, and represent the company at industry trade shows as needed.

Coordinate and manage development, implementation, and troubleshooting of AlignOps Native Macro and Excel VBA integrations. Serve as primary client contact, scope requirements, manage timelines, coordinate internal and external developers, document progress in Salesforce and Monday.com, and support post-implementation workflows and license allocation for QBD/QBO integrations.

Implement and maintain iOS and Android native features end-to-end. Debug device/OS-specific issues, extend apps using Kotlin and Swift, use Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI, communicate progress, participate in code reviews, and take ownership of assigned projects.
