Build and maintain large-scale data infrastructure for marketing analytics and realtime recommendations. Design ETL/data pipelines, storage, validation, APIs, and automation; contribute to system architecture and ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Provide legal counsel across up to three countries on commercial, civil, consumer, marketing/advertising, fintech, and digital regulation. Review contracts and policies, assist in claims resolution, monitor upcoming regulations, ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards, support marketing/media campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional regional and global teams.

Lead regional driver acquisition and engagement operations: manage and train agent teams, optimize the driver funnel and KPIs, design incentive programs, manage partnerships, oversee CRM and communications, support city launches with on-the-ground recruitment, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance.

Lead a global Customer Support transformation portfolio, driving BPO/vendor transitions, centralized program management, governance, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives. Structure ambiguous problems, track outcomes, identify and mitigate risks, and implement automation/AI opportunities to improve scalability, quality, SLAs, and measurable business results.

Develop and manage relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and resellers to scale mobile user acquisition. Translate regional needs into partner initiatives, negotiate commercial terms, run tests of new traffic sources, evaluate partner performance, and share best practices to improve channel efficiency and marketing ROI.
