Develop and execute regional communications and digital marketing strategies across channels (digital, email, social, press, events). Localize content and sales tools, manage campaigns and budgets, optimize the country website, run lead generation and retention activities, coordinate product launches, manage agencies, and support sales through trainings and internal communications.

Manage and grow key datacenter accounts by developing strategic account plans, leading cross-functional teams, driving new business, and delivering technical-commercial proposals. Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts, act as customer advocate to align product/service priorities, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain distributors across the East China region, support distributor business growth, organize trainings, seminars and exhibitions, follow up projects with end users/contractors/panel makers, report to sales manager and work to achieve area sales targets.

Manage delivery of 3-phase UPS projects: prepare PQA measurements/reports, conduct site surveys, coordinate consultants, customers, subcontractors and back-office teams, ensure logistics, monitor progress, and hand over to commissioning. Maintain service databases, project records, and update AutoCAD drawings. Occasional interstate travel required.

Lead supplier and product quality activities including PPAP/APQP reviews, supplier qualification and assessments, root cause analysis, testing/validation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across incoming, manufacturing, and final inspection.

Design and improve mechanical assemblies for low-voltage apparatus (MCB/MCCB/ATS). Produce detailed drawings, specifications, risk analyses and design calculations. Support product development from concept to mass production, ensure compliance with safety/environmental requirements, and collaborate in project teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Design, validate, and support electrical power-distribution systems and schematics in E-Plan for ETO/CTO projects. Produce technical documentation, test plans, and production procedures; support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, certification, and cross-functional project delivery.

Manage key accounts and distributors in high-end manufacturing for SOCOMEC low-voltage products. Drive brand awareness, spec PCS/EE portfolio into bids, develop new distributors, train partners, follow projects from end-user to panel maker, and report to KA manager to meet area sales targets.
