Mechanics Development Engineer

  Duties
 The Candidate on the position should take responsibility independently for the creation and improvement of mechanical designs of Low Voltage apparatus. 
The responsibility includes all mechanical engineering activities as bellow but not limited:
* Find suitable solutions in accordance with the whole project objectives: quality, cost, schedule.
* In charge of giving a detailed design of the product, establish all the technical constraints (drawing, specification, assembly conditions and interchange ability requirement) in order to launch parts for industrial tooling.
* Ensure to provide the right quality level of technical deliverables at each project development phase.
* Design whole or partially the LV apparatus 's mechanical assembly.
* Keep improving the quality of Socomec’s products.
* Support the production when mass production starts.
* Understand project management, be an active team member in the project.
* Ensure products comply with relevant safety & environmental requirements.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

* Highly organized, with proven ability in the delivery of multiple projects, working within strict time constraints. Would be expected to take a pro-active approach to identify project risk and deliver high quality products.
* Good at UG NX, preferred if familiar with digital simulation tools
* Good command of both oral and written English.
* Autonomy, ability to take initiative
* Very organized, rigorous, and good team spirit, Preferred academic qualifications and background
* Bachelor degree and above, majored in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
* > =3 years' experience in Low-voltage apparatus design or mechanism design, MCB/MCCB design experience is a plus;
* Experience for new product development project will be a plus
* Experience for international company will be a plus

1、新产品机械设计开发、功能验证及优化改进；
2、量产产品功能迭代、质量改进；
3、熟悉产品开发流程，熟练运用相关设计和仿真软件或工具；
4、建立所有的技术资料（图纸，规格书，风险分析、设计计算书等），以便为开模准备。

资格：
1、    本科以上学历，专业为机械、电气或机械相关专业；3年以上低压电器设计工作经验，
2、    熟练运用三维设计软件，比如： UG NX, CERO, SOLIDWORKS等；
3、    有低压电器设计经验优先， 有小型断路器（MCB）、塑壳断路器（MCCB）、隔离开关、双电源(ATS)等设计经验的优先；
4、    英语能交流。（有机会去法国学习）
