The role requires deep Mexico customs and cross-border logistics expertise, strategic commercial leadership, bilingual Spanish-English communication, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, product, and executive teams.

Lead the Mexico Customs product’s go-to-market and commercial execution. Build pipeline, acquire and expand accounts, enable sales teams, develop customs solutions and proposals, create marketing content, lead executive thought-leadership sessions, and coordinate sales, operations, account management, channel partners, and leadership to grow cross-border customs volume.

Drive revenue growth for Uber Freight’s US-Mexico cross-border logistics business by identifying and closing expansion opportunities. Build executive relationships with procurement, logistics, and supply chain stakeholders; collaborate with US sales, Customs, Operations, and Product teams; develop integrated transportation solutions; deliver business cases, presentations, workshops, and QBRs; and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data. The role focuses on customs brokerage, transportation, warehousing, distribution, intermodal, managed transportation, nearshoring, and automotive growth.

Leads Uber Freight’s After Hours operations and Account Management team on a rotating schedule. Owns workload, staffing, service levels, escalations, performance metrics, process improvements, and operational continuity. Coaches and develops employees, manages productivity and quality, addresses performance gaps, and partners with daytime, international, and senior leadership teams to ensure seamless customer support and operational efficiency.

Manage end-to-end freight planning across cross-dock operations, including inbound load building, outbound tendering, FIFO compliance, carrier selection, dock scheduling, and shipment visibility. Analyze performance trends, resolve shipment and transloading issues, prevent bottlenecks, and coordinate with shippers, receivers, facilities, and carriers. Train users on TMS/WMS processes and document standard operating procedures.

Manage accurate, timely invoicing and account records for crossborder intermodal customers; handle billing inquiries and disputes; provide weekly reports and escalations; collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues, support onboarding, and complete special projects.

Executes high-volume freight shipments across truckload, less-than-truckload, rail, bulk, and specialized transportation modes. Monitors loads, resolves delays and carrier issues, communicates with shipping sites and internal teams, maintains shipment and rate data, and assists with billing discrepancies. The role uses a Transportation Management System and email platforms while supporting process improvements and accurate, timely delivery.
