About the Role
Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely customer invoicing and accessorial requests, maintaining up-to-date account records, and securing prompt payment for all Celtic/Uber Freight invoices within established deadlines.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Invoicing & Account Management: Master specific account requirements—including billing cycles, charges, accessorial policies, and key contacts—to handle billing inquiries and resolve disputes promptly.
Reporting & Escalations: Provide weekly account summaries to the Intermodal Administrative & Invoicing Supervisor and escalate non-responsive customers or carriers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, account operations, and accounting teams to resolve account issues, support profitability, and assist with new customer onboarding.
Process & Ownership: Maintain updated policies and procedures, demonstrate full ownership over assigned accounts, and complete special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets) and standard Microsoft tools.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Solid background in customer service with professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently, think critically, and proactively solve problems.

Analytical Thinking: Strong research skills to gather key data, evaluate broad factors, and drive solutions.
