Support account management by processing job orders end-to-end, coordinating across departments, managing complex mailings and projects, escalating sales leads, troubleshooting issues, and identifying process improvements while maintaining strong client communication and administrative accuracy.

Support sales by designing tailored managed services solutions, lead discovery workshops, produce proposals and RFP responses, and translate solution designs into actionable delivery artefacts while liaising with internal and customer stakeholders.

Process and fulfill direct sales, dealer, branch and courier orders; generate warehouse pick lists; prepare shipping/collection documents; coordinate with sales, dealers, 3PLs, forwarders and call center; validate transporter invoices; follow up outstanding orders; file documentation and prepare monthly reports.
