The duties of this role include:
- Working closely with Account Management team and customers to identify and clarify present and future needs from job receipt to completion.
- Processing job orders end-to-end through all departments, ensuring deadlines are achieved.
- Assist with analysing and delivering business process initiatives and client jobs by managing components of required projects and complex mailings.
- Identifying sales leads and escalating to Sales team.
- Providing innovative ideas and suggestions for process improvement.
- Monitoring/managing any troubleshooting required.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly organised, can juggle multiple tasks and is motivated by the opportunity to have broad exposure to all facets of our business, while being able to grow and develop under strong and supportive management.

Prior experience in this or a similar role is required.
Additionally, you will need:
- Current experience in an office service delivery environment, with sound skills in MS Word and Excel (intermediate level).
- Excellent time management and administrative skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised, and within a team environment.
- Problem solving skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritise.
