Serve as primary EMEA customer contact handling inquiries, quotations, order processing, tracking and coordination with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Production and Tech Support. Provide updates, resolve issues, build customer relationships, and identify future business opportunities while following company procedures.

Build dashboards, analyze campaign performance, manage marketing data integrity and integrations, enable attribution and pipeline reporting, and support GDPR/CCPA compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data into actionable recommendations and help develop predictive analytics capabilities.

Lead the ITGC and IT internal audit program, advise IT and business owners on SOX and automated controls, coordinate audits with external auditors, assess IT control risks across applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity, oversee remediation, embed controls into implementations and SDLC, develop compliance processes and dashboards, and coach/review team members and consultants.

Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email, and social channels; present products virtually, negotiate and close sales for consumables and selected systems; maintain CRM (SFDC), collaborate with field sales and marketing, and produce sales reports to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Process full-cycle accounts payable tasks including invoice posting, payment runs (ACH, wire, checks), reconciliations, vendor record maintenance, and resolving invoice discrepancies while ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance and supporting reporting and process improvements.

Lead a global Digital Workplace organization delivering end-user support, device lifecycle, collaboration and conference-room technologies. Define strategy, SLAs, KPIs, and roadmaps; manage Service Desk, ServiceNow/ITSM, Intune/Autopilot endpoint management, Microsoft 365 platforms, ITAM, vendor relationships, budgeting, and continuous improvement to optimize employee experience and security.

Lead a team to translate strategic marketing priorities into end-to-end omni-channel campaigns. Build scalable program management practices, optimize campaign platforms and workflows, manage budgets, leverage AI for content and efficiency, and measure performance to drive pipeline and revenue.
