Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports that provide actionable business insights.
- Lead monthly close activities, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Analyse and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of financial data and reporting.
- Support the commission process for the global distribution network.
Forecasting, Planning & Business Partnership
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and key performance indicators.
- Partner with the R&D organization on financial modeling for new product introductions.
- Serve as a trusted finance business partner to manufacturing operations, providing insights that support operational decisions and investment prioritization.
- Establish, track, and analyze financial and operational KPIs, recommending corrective actions where appropriate.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Use financial insights to drive actions that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs and executive decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.
