Support engineers and supervisors on projects including capital equipment investment and factory acceptance testing. Complete assigned projects and deliver final engineering summary reports and presentations while collaborating with Operations and Maintenance.

Designs and implements test capabilities (equipment, fixtures, methods, limits) for electronic components. Directs product testing to meet military, customer, and corporate quality specifications, maintains test lab equipment, and improves test methods and efficiency.

Lead and implement R&D strategy, budgets, and programs; plan and coordinate technology research and product development; manage pre-industrialization and test campaigns; lead lab staff, evaluate results, produce research reports and recommendations; represent R&D to customers and partners.

Manage incoming goods receipt, inspection, documentation, storage and data entry. Oversee stock maintenance and inventory. Lead assigned logistics teams, assign tasks, plan short-term resources, and initiate problem-solving for process issues.

Perform product and process engineering for semiconductor/passive component manufacturing: prototype fabrication, design/test fixture development, production troubleshooting, process improvements, documentation, customer interaction, and occasional field travel to resolve product issues.

Maintain stability of fab metal modules (sputtering, sintering, evaporation), lead yield/quality improvement and cost-reduction projects, troubleshoot and expand capacity, support new equipment installation and recipe tuning, and drive CIP programs to meet automotive customer commitments.

Lead cost control for back-end semiconductor assembly and test operations. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, support budgeting and forecasting, produce cost dashboards and KPI reports, drive process improvements with engineering and production, manage inventory and equipment capitalization, and ensure compliance for audits and accounting controls across multiple semiconductor divisions and facilities.

Plan and execute supply and production schedules for assigned plant(s): create short- and medium-term production programs, balance loads, verify material availability, generate supplier forecasts, release procurement and production orders, monitor KPIs, detect deviations, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouses and other plants to optimize resources and processes.

Lead R&D for advanced MOSFET device architectures: design, develop, and optimize power semiconductor devices and processes. Perform device physics analysis, bench testing, characterization, DOE and statistical analysis, technology benchmarking, and cross-functional project leadership to drive products from concept through qualification and manufacturing ramp.
