Designs, monitors, and optimizes semiconductor production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs, and maintain quality. Responsibilities include analyzing process issues, creating production documentation, collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams, training production and maintenance staff, qualifying new processes, materials, and equipment, and performing statistical analysis for change validation.

Lead development and execution of IC characterization strategies (ATE and bench), accelerated lifetime and temperature testing, HW support design, lab and ATE automation, data discipline and issue tracking, collaborate with design and test teams for root-cause analysis, and plan and report project progress while mentoring team members.

Manage incoming goods receipt, inspection, documentation, storage and data entry. Oversee stock maintenance and inventory. Lead assigned logistics teams, assign tasks, plan short-term resources, and initiate problem-solving for process issues.
