- Drive fab troubleshooting and integration across multiple modules to sustain and improve product yield.
- Execute product yield improvement and perform failure analysis to lead continuous improvement projects (CIP).
- Collaborate with Quality and Process teams to resolve quality issues from back-end factories and customers.
- Partner with Process, Product, Quality, and Purchasing teams on cost reduction projects including new material evaluations, process modifications, and second-source supplier qualifications to enhance cost competitiveness.
