Lead and mentor commercial general liability claim supervisors and staff, develop workflows and training, oversee coverage determinations and multi-jurisdictional claims and litigation, manage vendors and outside experts, conduct file reviews, monitor trends and capacity, handle DOBI complaints, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize operations and customer service.

Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents; design and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs and phishing simulations; develop policies, track remediation, and support third-party risk assessments; train staff and subcontractors; collaborate with IT and stakeholders; analyze security data and report risks to senior management.

Lead design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday (Benefits, HCM) solutions. Gather requirements, translate business needs into Workday configurations, write/execute test scenarios, troubleshoot, and act as technical SME for implementations, upgrades, and reporting (EIB). Partner with HR and stakeholders to optimize business processes, security, and org structures.

Prepare and report monthly/quarterly financial statements and regulatory reports, analyze financial statement line items, support accounting policy development, assist auditors, perform special projects, and identify process efficiencies and automation opportunities.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing insurance products within the Commercial Lines department, including product maintenance and competitive analysis, acting as a subject matter expert for assigned lines of business.

Handle commercial property damage and bodily injury claims (litigated and non-litigated) for BOP, CA and CGL policies. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve exposures, manage reserves, address coverage issues (Reservation of Rights/declinations), negotiate settlements, and communicate claim status. Maintain accurate files, escalate as needed, and support litigation processes while delivering strong customer service.

Serve as the first point of contact for policyholders reporting Auto, Property, or Commercial claims. Collect incident details, determine coverage, enter accurate claim information into systems, assign to adjusters, answer claimant questions, provide next-step instructions, and complete timely follow-ups.
