Lead Diageo's on-trade commercial agenda with strategic customers across Chile Regions. Own customer relationships, build Joint Business Plans, drive NSV/volume/profitability, ensure availability, visibility, pricing and activation execution, and lead cross-functional problem solving and performance reviews.

Plan and execute out-of-trade events and activations to drive brand trial and sales. Manage budgets, KPIs, commercial agreements with promoters and partners, coordinate cross-functional teams and agencies, ensure brand execution, and evaluate event performance to optimize future activations.

Drive Off-Trade channel growth by managing distributor relationships, executing commercial plans, securing promotions and visibility, identifying distribution opportunities, monitoring in-store execution, escalating operational issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet Diageos commercial priorities.

Lead e-commerce accounts to drive digital and omnichannel growth through strategic partnerships, joint business planning, digital shelf improvements, trade investment optimization, shopper-insight-driven opportunities, and cross-functional digital transformation initiatives to enhance online execution and long-term commercial capabilities.

Lead APAC content demand and delivery: adapt global assets for local markets, improve briefs, enable reuse and efficient production (including AI-enabled routes), manage agencies, track assets in planning/DAM systems, ensure timely approvals, and support studio operations and process improvements.

This role involves cash collection, customer ledger maintenance, query handling, and maintaining process documentation to ensure efficiency in Credit and Collections activities for the Iberian market.

Align marketing, sales and customer marketing into an integrated growth system, optimize portfolio investment, and drive ROI. Build marketing capability, develop leaders, and influence market, regional and global stakeholders to secure sustained market share and profitability across complex brand portfolios.
