The Business Development Executive drives brand growth by building relationships, managing sales targets, and executing in-venue activities in the On Trade channel.

Prepare VAT, customs, excise duty, environmental and related tax returns; perform balance sheet reconciliations; support audits and tax queries; implement controls, KPIs and automation; drive process improvements and maintain tax document retention, working closely with tax seniors and finance partners.

Support commercial data and sales systems (EDGE, CPD, Trax, UVE, Anaplan), consolidate and track commercial investments, manage tickets and templates, ensure process improvements, and assist commercial and marketing teams with POS, VAPs and PO creation.

Manage credit and collections across major customers: assess credit risk, set credit limits, drive timely collections, maintain customer ledgers, handle SAP/EDI issues, ensure policy compliance, execute AML/OFAC checks, produce regular credit reports, and support process standardization and automation.

The specialist will ensure compliant management of information, support development of retention schedules, and implement data protection policies.

Handle customer inquiries, manage phone orders and SAP order amendments, proactively manage out-of-stock situations and cash collection, monitor credit risk and customer ledgers, maintain customer data, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and 3PL to drive service excellence.
